Job description / Role
• Leading the team of R&D and Quality Assurance.
Ensure the Food Safety & Quality Assurance Policy for the entire company and thereby reduce the customer complaint and to ensure hygienic environment in plant and premises
• Review of Quality Documents (HACCP / GLP /GMP/ SOP /CCP /CP) as per changes in procedures, regulations etc.
• Establish, document and improve the Quality Management System (QMS) based on HACCP, ISO 9001 and ISO 22000 principles.
• Update and maintain the documentation of the products: Specifications for Raw Material, Semi-Processed Material, Packaging Material and Finished Products, Recipes
• Ensure compliance of rules& regulations for Import, Export and local sales for current (if changes) and new products.
• Ensure respect of the working and SHEQ policy
Requirements
• Product Knowledge: Nuts, Dried Fruits, Spices, Dates, Pulses
• Customer oriented,
• Organized, problem solver, managing projects independently
• Problem solving and Project management skills.
• Capable of combining strategic thinking and operational detail
• Language: English, Arabic (preferred)
• Computer: perfect knowledge Windows & MS Office + ERP (Microsoft Dynamics AX)
