QA Engineer

Position Title: QA Engineer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-Inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus laptop & company mobile
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A UAE-based company and one of the largest paint manufacturers in the Middle East, offering a wide range of decorative, industrial, marine, powder, and eco-friendly coatings.

-Conduct quality testing on raw materials, in-process batches, and finished paint products to ensure compliance with specifications.
-Perform laboratory tests such as viscosity, density, adhesion, gloss, drying time, and color matching.
-Investigate product defects and customer complaints; implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
-Maintain quality documentation and ensure compliance with ISO and industry standards.

-40 years old and below
-Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field
-Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in paints, coatings, or chemical manufacturing
-Knowledge of paint formulations, raw materials (pigments, resins, solvents), and testing standards (ASTM/ISO)

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
