About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Manager with a strong background in solar and wind power EPC projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s QA systems to ensure the highest standards of quality across all project phases. At least 10 years of relevant work experience is required, and the ability to speak Chinese is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, implement, and manage QA/QC policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with EPC project requirements.
• Lead quality planning, inspection, and testing activities for solar and wind power projects.
• Ensure quality assurance processes are integrated throughout engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases.
• Review technical documentation, supplier quality plans, and inspection reports.
• Conduct internal and external quality audits to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.
• Lead root cause analysis for non-conformance issues and drive corrective/preventive actions.
• Liaise with project managers, engineers, clients, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related matters.
• Provide QA training, mentorship, and guidance to project teams.
• Maintain all quality documentation and prepare regular QA performance reports.

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience in quality assurance/quality control for solar/wind power EPC projects.
• Strong knowledge of international QA/QC standards (e.g., ISO 9001) and industry best practices.
• Proven track record in leading QA activities for large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Ability to interpret and apply EPC contractual quality requirements.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English; Chinese language skills are highly preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of quality management software is a plus.

Preferred Attributes
• Middle East project experience.
• Certification in QA/QC (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor).
• Multicultural team management experience.
