QA QC Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA QC Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that all construction activities meet the highest quality and safety standards, contributing to the successful delivery of our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance and quality control procedures in accordance with project and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of construction activities to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve quality-related issues promptly.
- Prepare detailed reports documenting quality control observations, non-conformities, and corrective actions.
- Monitor and review materials and workmanship to ensure adherence to client and company standards.
- Provide training and guidance to site staff on quality standards and best practices.
- Ensure all quality documentation is accurate, complete, and up to date for project close-out and audits.

- Bachelor’s Degree Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in QA/QC field.
- Fluent In English.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to produce clear and concise reports.
