QA QC Engineer

Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced QA QC Engineer to join our dynamic construction team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure the highest standards of quality and compliance throughout all project phases, contributing to the successful delivery of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and quality control plans specific to construction projects.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and industry standards.
- Identify, document, and report quality issues and non-conformances and collaborate with project teams to resolve them.
- Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain quality standards throughout the supply chain.
- Prepare detailed reports on quality status, inspection results, and compliance for management review.
- Participate in risk assessments and provide recommendations to improve quality and safety procedures.
- Ensure all materials and workmanship meet specified standards and support continuous improvement initiatives.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as a QA QC Engineer in the construction industry, preferably within UAE projects.
- Thorough knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
- Proactive problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to work on-site as needed.
