QA QC Engineer

Job description / Role

• Inspect and monitor construction activities to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
• Conduct material testing, inspections, and verification of work completed by subcontractors.
• Prepare inspection reports, quality documentation, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).
• Collaborate with project engineers, site managers, and subcontractors to resolve quality-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures, ISO 9001:2015 standards, and client requirements.
• Maintain proper records of inspections, test results, and project quality documentation.
• Support internal and external audits by providing required quality documentation and reports.

• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant Engineering field.
• Proven experience as a QA/QC Engineer in construction projects.(4-6 years)
• Strong knowledge of construction quality standards, codes, and inspection procedures.
• Proficient in MS Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Procore), and quality management tools.
• Excellent attention to detail, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple inspection tasks on site.
