QA QC Manager

Job description / Role

Sembol is seeking a highly motivated and experienced QA/QC Manager to join our team for a new project in Ajman, UAE. This is an immediate opportunity to contribute to a significant construction project from its initial stages.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement project-specific QA/QC plans.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits.
• Manage all QA/QC documentation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Identify and resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and present QA/QC reports.

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10 years of QA/QC experience in construction.
• Strong knowledge of construction codes and standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to join the project immediately.
• Proficiency in English is mandatory.
• Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• GCC experience is highly preferred.
