QA/QC Manager

Job description / Role

Guildhall is seeking a QA/QC Manager with strong experience in marine or coastal construction projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all quality assurance and control activities to ensure that construction works meet project specifications and international standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all QA/QC processes and documentation for marine construction works.
- Develop and implement inspection and testing plans.
- Coordinate with project and site teams to address quality issues.
- Ensure compliance with relevant standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Prepare QA/QC reports, NCRs, and quality documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure adherence to safety and quality procedures.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Marine, or related Engineering discipline.
- Proven experience in QA/QC management within marine or infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of ISO quality systems and inspection protocols.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Available immediately or with a short notice period.
