QA QC Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced QA QC Manager to lead and oversee the quality assurance and quality control processes within our civil construction projects in Al Ghuwaifat Border Project – Phase 2 (Dhafra Region, Bayah Al Sila District) Abu Dhabi.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive QA/QC plans and procedures aligned with project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and coordinate the QA/QC team to oversee daily quality control activities on-site and off-site.
- Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to address quality issues and implement corrective actions promptly.
- Maintain detailed documentation and reports related to quality assurance activities and inspection results.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies throughout the construction process.

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within the civil construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction standards, regulations, and quality control methodologies relevant to civil infrastructure projects.
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing a QA/QC team.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in quality management software and inspection tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of liaising effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Knowledge of UAE construction codes and regulations is highly desirable.
