Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Implementation of the project quality plan; Ensure company’s Quality System is applied effectively; Develop written procedures for quality assurance / quality control; Supervise construction work contracts including quality measurement; Ensure compliance with all requirements of contract terms and conditions, quality and workmanship to facilitate smooth completion, handover and close-out of projects; Monitoring / reviewing quality control over suppliers, manufacturers of products & services, site conditions and workmanship to produce work of specified quality; Supervising material testing at site or at an independent approved lab as per the contract specifications; Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

Requirements

- Good communication writing, and speaking skill first, in English, second in Arabic or Chinese (English is the priority);
- Internationally recognized certification in auditing ISO-9001 or equivalent;
- Exercise judgment against the criteria of the standards;
- University degree or equivalent, with a minimum of ten (10) years of direct experience in Quality Assurance system activities of which five (5) years must be in managing quality relating to the Contract Scope of WORK (e.g.; oil, gas and petrochemical projects, Infrastructure, communication);
- Have experience in preparing the technical proposal of QA/QC management in compliance with requirements of international Companies/Clients (e.g. BP, Shell, Saudi Aramco, Petrochina, Petronas, Lukoil, Gazprom, PDO, ADCO);
- Able to travel to the third countries in case of clarification with clients or investigation on site.
