QAQC Manager

Job description / Role

Guildhall is looking for a QA/QC Manager to oversee quality assurance and quality control for substructure works in an airport expansion project in Dubai. The role ensures all construction activities meet the highest quality standards and comply with project specifications and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement QA/QC plans.
• Conduct inspections, audits, and monitoring for compliance.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and site teams to maintain quality.
• Review and approve materials, method statements, and drawings.
• Document all quality activities and prepare reports.
• Identify non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years in QA/QC on large civil construction projects.
• Knowledge of international quality standards and ISO.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
