Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented QC Inspector Welding to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring quality assurance in welding activities, adhering to industry standards and regulations. Responsibilities:
- Inspect the implementation of Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS)
- Supervise base material preparation, electrode storage, and welding operations before welding.
- Conduct visual inspections of weld seams to ensure they are free of cracks, porosity, and other defect.
- Responsible for completing on-site welding records.
- Collaborate with NDT inspections and review weld quality reports.
- Verify the labeling of tools and equipment to ensure they are intact and within their validity period.
- Maintain and manage calibration certificates for all tools and equipment.
- Spray-paint pipe templates (welding, inspection) on-site and fill in relevant information.
- Prepare welding quality inspection records and daily reports

Requirements:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a QC Inspector in welding, preferably in the oil and gas or construction and source inspection.
- Engineering Diploma in relevant discipline.
- CSWIP 3.1 or AWS-CWI or another acceptable equivalent (approved by Company)
- Strong knowledge of various welding processes and related codes and standards (such as ASME, ISO).
- Proven experience in conducting NDT methods and proficiency in interpreting test results.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a high level of independence.
- Strong communication and reporting skills, capable of providing clear feedback to engineering and operations teams.
