Job description / Role
Overview
- Conduct detailed inspections of raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet established specifications and quality standards.
- Document and report quality issues and discrepancies, facilitating effective communication with production teams to drive corrective actions.
- Participate in audits and compliance checks to ensure adherence to industry regulations and internal quality protocols.
- Train and mentor production staff on quality standards and best practices to cultivate a culture of quality across the organization.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and regulations to ensure the QC department remains competitive and compliant.
Responsibilities

Ideal Candidate Profile
- A minimum of an associate's degree in quality assurance, engineering, or a related field; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience in a quality control role within a manufacturing or laboratory setting, demonstrating practical knowledge.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions to improve quality processes.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities and adapting to changing demands.
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with a strong commitment to accuracy and precision in all aspects of work.
