QHSE Manager - QAQC Bias

Job description / Role

Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and maintain project-specific QA/QC plans.
- Lead site inspections, audits, and quality control checks.
- You will possess strong QAQC operational skills to support and drive Quality and HSE excellence across the business.
- To support Divisional and Project QAQC Teams in achieving consistent standards.
- Review project drawings, specifications, and documentation for compliance.
- Monitor contractor performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Identify, report, and resolve quality issues proactively.
- Lead, train, and mentor QA/QC staff to enhance team capabilities.
- Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and clients on quality matters.

- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 15 years of experience with Main Contractors with at least 3 years in a management position.
- UAE Construction market experience a must.
- NEBOSH/ISO Lead Auditor preferred.
- Experienced in Site level Quality Management, ISO9001, 14001 AND 45001 systems.
- Strong knowledge of safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
AED 30,000 to 45,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
