Position Title: QHSE Specialist

About the Client:
A leading F&B group based in Abu Dhabi, known for serving the best Flavors of specialty coffee and desserts.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure all food products meet safety and quality standards across multiple restaurants and the central kitchen.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, conducting regular audits and inspections to identify and mitigate risks.
- Implement environmental policies and practices to promote sustainability and minimize the environmental impact of restaurant and kitchen operations.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on QHSE protocols, ensuring all employees are informed and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Lead investigations into any quality or safety incidents, analyzing root causes, and implementing corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

- Open to Asian, Arabic and European nationalities
- 40 y/o and below
- At least 2 years of experience in the similar role in restaurants
- Background in F&B and restaurant projects
