Job description / Role
• Periodically review all procedures and instructions, to ensure they remain updated.
• Assist in conducting a hazard analysis.
• Review requests to change Quality, FSMS, and company-related procedures.
• Assist in conducting internal & suppliers audits.
• Review and check corrective action plans.
• Review and approve nonconformance reports for recycling of products.
• Coordinate with the certification body to manage the compliance of food safety and quality program for qualification.
• Coordinate the customer audit program
• To close the non-conformances raised in the audit.
• Investigate customer complaints to identify the root cause.
• Initiate and supervise product recalls, to ensure adequate implementation and effectiveness
• Prepare documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations
• Provide training to individuals who handle the product.
Salary:
AED
3,000 to 5,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Food Technology, Food Science, Microbiology, or other related science
• Certified ISO 9001:2015/ISO 22000:2018/FSSC 22000 Internal Auditor.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Quality Assurance in food industries
• Minimum 1 year of people management experience
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Offices (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
