Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

• Responsible to take as management system coordinator and directly reports to Quality Manager.
• Responsible to plan and coordinate among working parties (Process Owner; Sub-Process owner) to ensure documentations are align in accordance to system and process approach.
• Responsible to control all of the Ipack documents and set up the documentation system.
• Responsible to organize about schedule and implementation of audit activity and report the results to all process owners.
• Responsible to coordinate and follow up the corrective and preventive action request.
• Responsible to advise the planning calibration system and conduct audit.
• Responsible to monitor the progress and situation of quality system in organization and propose solution and guidance.
• Responsible to monitor the root cause analysis of every nonconformity
• Responsible to conduct audit and execute audit plan and audit checklist.
• Responsible to conduct management review and gather data to all process owners.
• Responsible to a complete HSE inspection through conducting visual inspections; consulting with employees; and gathering information from HS&E accidents reports to identify risk lies beneath the work activities.
• Responsible to develop risk and environmental impact assessment matrix and identify risks level (high; medium; low) by recognizing the likelihood and impact for each identified risk.
• Responsible to develop and implement control measures to reduce risks. Based on the conducted risk assessment, identify areas within the workplace/department that will be subject to regular inspections.
• Responsible to prepare workplace inspection checklist which includes all items that need to verified, checked or inspected in the specific workplace.
• Responsible to conduct workplace inspection schedule using inspection checklist.
• Responsible to ensure all types of wastes are handled; stored or disposed in accordance with the waste management regulations.
• Responsible to communicate the Emergency Response Plan to all processes.
• Responsible to review and update the accident and Emergency Response Plan as necessary, at least on an annual basis, and particularly after any accidents or emergencies.
• Responsible to investigate about the case and its causes and any recommendations. Document the case in Incident Report.

Requirements

• Knowledgeable on ISO 9001: 2008 ( or version 2015) and EMS 14001 standards and its system implementation
• Knowledgeable on BRC IoP and/or HACCP standards and its system implementation
• knowledgeable on OHSAS 18001 and its system implementation
• Knowledgeable in documentation control; records; and audit.
• HSE/Auditor experience is a must
