Job description / Role
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance and control procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Review and analyze product specifications and requirements to ensure that all products meet quality expectations.
- Perform root cause analysis and develop preventive measures to mitigate potential quality risks.
- Document quality control processes, procedures, and technical reports to maintain accurate records and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Train and mentor team members on quality assurance best practices and quality management systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends and advancements in quality control technologies to continuously improve processes.
- Participate in the development of quality-related documentation, including quality plans, inspection reports, and work instructions.
- Assist in the preparation of quality metrics and reports for management review.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance and quality control within a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of quality management systems (QMS) and methodologies
- Proficient in using quality control tools and techniques such as statistical process control (SPC), failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and root cause analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to diverse audiences.
- Proficient in using quality management software and tools for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving quality issues.
Salary:
AED
13,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
