About the Role
A leading MEP contractor in Dubai is seeking a QA/QC Mechanical Engineer or Electrical Engineer with a strong track record in high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for inspecting, documenting, and verifying mechanical /Electrical installations, ensuring full compliance with project specifications, quality procedures, and authority approvals.

• Perform QA/QC inspections in MEP projects in construction Sites.
• Review method statements, material submittals, shop drawings, and ensure site works align with approved specs.
• Generate and maintain Inspection Requests (IRs), Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), and quality records.
• Coordinate with consultants, main contractors, and internal project teams for snag closure and final handover.
• Track all QA/QC documentation and assist in preparing handover files and O&M manuals.

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineer (required).
• 3- 5 years of dedicated QA/QC experience on MEP high-rise projects in Dubai or wider UAE.
• Familiarity with UAE authority procedures, codes, and approval systems.
• Must have completed at least 2 full-cycle mechanical MEP projects from start to handover.

Salary:
AED 5,000 to 9,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
