Job description

Looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. The QA Specialist will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality standards in our products and services through rigorous testing and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
- Identify and document any quality issues and coordinate with relevant departments for resolution.
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing on software products.
- Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Analyze test results and generate detailed reports for management.
- Collaborate with development teams to provide feedback and ensure quality during the development process.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in quality assurance and testing.

Qualifications

- Native Arabic Speaker
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in software quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, JAVA,JIRA).
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
