Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Purpose of the Job
Use a variety of measures and management systems, such as total quality management to be able to track and measure the level of service provided to clients. To ensure that the service levels, procedures and all areas are in line with the company policy and under the permissible and acceptable limits of the purpose of the particular task.

Key Responsibilities
• Devising and regulate a company's quality procedures, standards and specifications;
• Reviewing customer requirements and making sure they are met;
• Working closely with other CRM Team/Sales/Other departments to maintain quality requirements from point of sale to post sale;
• Setting standards for quality as well as ensuring the sales team and CRM Team follow the same;
• Making sure that the processes are followed and met;
• Looking at ways to reduce complaints and increase efficiency;
• Defining and maintaining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff;
• Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures;
• Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports;
• Making suggestions for changes and improvements and how to implement them;
• Conduct ‘Mystery Shopping ‘exercise on different levels to assure service standards are met;
• Conduct Audit on payments related to referrals and third Parties (BI & Brokers)
• Making sure the company is working as effectively as possible to keep up with competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a Client Services / Quality Control in a real estate company (Developer or Broker)
• Past experience in handling high profile clients and proven ability to withstand tremendous pressure.
• Good experience in using Realestate / Developers CRM system
• Good understanding of processes within Quality , Audit and Client Services
• Excellent Communication skills (English – Advanced, ) (Arabic- Optional , a plus point )
• High standards of confidentiality to handle sensitive information
• Good follow up skills
• Very strong personality
• Time flexibility
