Job description / Role
Manage administration and analysis of quality claims
• Manage claims for region meeting defined processing time targets
• Communicate claims status with sales rep and customer, follow-up as necessary to complete claim validation and processing
• Receive completed claim from customer and enter into database; follow-up if missing data
• Coordinate claim processing responses and provide timely feedback to the customer
• Coordinate film return with customer and manufacturing, ensuring proper cost justification and timely transfer
• Send Corrective Action letters to customers
Support Customer FFU Requirements and Manufacturing FFM Capabilities
• Respond to communications from customers, sales reps, tech service and manufacturing, determining actions to be taken
• Support monthly reporting
• Support Statistical review of product performance to meet customer needs (FPS, IPS, Claims analysis)
• Support required customer surveys, requests for documentation
Quality Systems
• Maintain accuracy of claims in claims database
Requirements
Skills, Competencies, Experience:
• 2 yrs experience in Manufacturing or Quality preferred,
• Experience using SAP is preferable.
• Strong administrative skills,
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Concern for accuracy
• Must be able to communicate with customers in a timely manner.
• Time management, must meet administrative timing needs from customer
• Customer relationship skills
