Responsibilities

* Incoming Inspection
* Inspecting output samples using industry-appropriate methods, such as comparing to standards, measuring dimensions, and examining functionality
* Process Inspection
* Checking that the assembly or production line adheres to standards and procedures and complying with legal requirements
* Final Inspection
* Recording inspection results by completing reports, summarizing re-works and wastes and inputting data into quality database
* ISO/ TUV Documentation
* Training the production team on quality control measures to improve product excellence
* Orders specifications
* Proposing improvements to the production process
* Material specifications
* Monitoring the use of equipment to ensure it is safe and discard any that do not meet requirements
* Updating job knowledge by engaging in educational opportunities and regular training
* Training
* Standards / SOP /WI
* Calibration Of instruments

Requirements

Qualifications

* Relative diploma or Engineering Technologist (Mechanical, Welding or Material)
* Five to seven years of quality control advisory experience in Pipe manufacturing industry
* Exemplary professional verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Capable of working independently with minimal direction
* Proactively seeks and accomplishes tasks that lead to a safe, efficient, and productive work environment

Language requirement:

* English and Hindi

Other requirements:

* Computer literate with excel experience, tally experience is added advantage

Experience requirement:

* Five to seven years of quality control advisory experience in Pipe manufacturing industry
