Quality Control Specialist

About the Client:
A leading importer and exporter of fresh fruits and vegetables globally.

Job Description:
- Conduct regular inspections and tests on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods to ensure they meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Identify areas for quality improvement, collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions, and ensure adherence to food safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, prepare detailed reports on findings, and ensure compliance with company and regulatory quality standards.
- Assess and audit suppliers’ materials, ensure quality standards are met, and resolve any issues related to substandard raw materials or ingredients

- Open to Asian or Arabic nationals
- 38 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Engineering, or a related fieldAt least 4 years of experience in the similar role
- At least 2 years of experience in quality control or quality assurance within the FMCG or food manufacturing industry.
- Knowledgeable in quality control techniques, such as sensory analysis, chemical testing, and microbiological testing, along with knowledge of industry standards like ISO 9001, HACCP, and GMP.

Salary:
AED 7,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
