Job description / Role
As the Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the organisation consistently delivers high-quality products and services. The role involves identifying quality-related issues, driving continuous improvement and enhancing the overall reliability and performance of IT systems

Description
* Design and implement quality control strategies to ensure high-quality products and services
* Monitor and analyse quality control data, identifying trends and recommending improvements
* Utilise your expertise in complex IT systems to consult, mentor and audit high-value programs and projects
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation
* Ensure quality control is integrated into the development process of all products and is aligned with business objectives
* Collaborate with development project teams and stakeholders to enhance product reliability

Requirements:
* 5+ years professional experience in quality management, alongside in-depth knowledge of quality control processes, procedures and policies
* A Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration or related field. Certifications in ISO 9001/TickIT, BS 15000/ITIL, and CMMI Level 2/3 are highly preferred
* Strong communication skills for effective interaction with team members and stakeholders
* High-level problem-solving skills alongside excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time
* Excellent analytical skills for data analysis and trend identification
