Position Title: Quality Manager

A premium bakery brand, in Dubai known for its artisanal pastries, breads, and exquisite desserts combining French flavors with contemporary innovation.
Job Description:
• Implement and maintain food safety and quality management systems (ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP).
• Maintain documentation for audits, regulatory bodies, and customer requirements.
• Work closely with R&D and production teams to develop new products with high-quality standards.
• Conduct food safety and hygiene training for staff at all levels
Requirements:
Qualifications:
• Open for Asian Nationals
• 48 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Food Science, Microbiology, or a related field.
• At least 2 years relevant experience in related industry
Salary:
AED
12,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
