Job description

Novotel & Adagio Premium Dubai Al Barsha is seeking a visionary and detail-oriented Quality Manager to join our team. In this critical role, you will lead our organization's efforts to maintain the highest standards of hygiene while driving sustainable practices across our operations.

• Develop and implement comprehensive hygiene and sustainability strategies aligned with organizational goals and UAE regulations
• Oversee the day-to-day management of hygiene protocols and sustainability initiatives across all facilities
• Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Analyze data and prepare reports on hygiene performance and sustainability metrics for senior management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices into all aspects of the business
• Lead sustainability awareness and training programs for employees at all levels
• Stay abreast of global sustainability trends and best practices, adapting them to the local context
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders, including government agencies and sustainability organizations
• Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for hygiene and sustainability initiatives
• Oversee the implementation of environmental management systems and sustainability reporting frameworks

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or a related field
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sustainability initiatives
• Strong knowledge of environmental management systems and sustainability reporting frameworks
• Expertise in UAE environmental regulations and sustainability practices
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in driving organizational change
• Fluency in English
