Quality Manager

Job description / Role

• Develop curtain wall quality control plan, inspection standards and test procedures
• Monitor installation quality, conduct material inspection, curtian wall water penetration & air permeability tests
• Coordinate with local consultants and third-party inspection bodies for facade approval
• Manage quality documents, test reports and compliance with local authority requirements
• Provide quality training to installation teams and supervise workmanship
• Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Curtain Wall Engineering, Quality Management or related
• 5+ years of curtain wall quality management experience; 2+ years in UAE required
• Familiar with UAE quality standards, facade testing protocols and inspection procedures
• Meticulous, principled, detail-oriented with strong quality awareness
• Working proficiency in English (written and spoken); Arabic communication skills are a plus
• Proactive, responsible and reliable team player
• Ability to adapt to UAE/KSA local working culture and environment
• Good cross-cultural communication skills
• Compliance with local laws, regulations and company policies
