Quality Supervisor/Manager (QA/QC)

We are currently looking for a Quality Manager to provide quality leadership, direction and guidance to the MENA Region by supporting the development, deployment and implementation of Gates Quality Management System. In addition, the successful candidate will also support the wider region to comply with quality requirements through processes, procedures, training, control measures, customer feedback mechanisms, corrective and preventive action, assessment, documentation, audit, measurement and analysis, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate must posses an excellent working knowledge of industry practices/ safety and quality management systems.
Experienced in the establishment of Project Quality Plans, procedures, audit schedules and monitoring the internal QMS. Be able to identify causes of non-compliances, identify corrective actions, organize management reviews and manage lessons learned programmes.
Ideally a Degree in Engineering (or related field). Being a Certified Quality Professional (CQP) with lead auditor qualifications would be an advantage.
Minimum 5-10 years experience in QA/QC in manufacturing, oil, gas or engineering industries.
Some HSE experience would also be an advantage.
