Position Title: Qualtrics Product Implementer
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 22K AED all inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
About the Client:
A highly recognized international technologies group handling Information Technology & Services located in UAE.
Job Description:
• Executing UX, CX, EX surveys for different business units.
• Training different teams on Qualtrics so to support self-service.
• Implementing Customer Journey mapping to know the Customer Experience at different touch points and suggesting business on areas of improvement.
• Marrying Survey data with operational data to find actionable insights.
• Running statistical, predictive and text analysis in Qualtrics and presenting results to stakeholders.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Open to Asian and Arabic nationality
• 50 years old and below
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in qualtrics product implementation experience
• Having extensive experience custom solution, developing HTML, EDM etc.
• Good in survey creation, system, app integration, automation, EDM,SLA and html, JS, CSS.
