Job description / Role
My global client is seeking a solid experienced individual, from the Market Research industry.
This person needs to have expert working knowledge in Project Management who can work independently as well as within a team and is able to handle the full process of a project from A to Z, which includes internal communication and the day-to-day client interaction.
A major role is to support seniors in day-to-day client interaction throughout the specific project process and in general client relationship and communication.
Requirements
Day to day the role will involve:
• Managing the media clients while proactively managing the various processes of a research project with minor senior intervention
• Day-to-day client interaction needs to be undertaken throughout the specific research process
• Obtain costing of projects and contributing and writing sections proposals
• Implementing and planning the project process, that projects are delivered on time within the agreed cost and to the client's satisfaction
• Taking ownership of day-to-day management by interaction with clients through proper and accurate communication of project status
• Preparing sample design, weighting files, Questionnaires and other research instruments independently with high level of accuracy and meeting the objectives of the study
• Complete ownership of the project, liaise and follow up with operations on a daily basis to ensure smooth turnaround of studies
• Adhering to all the necessary protocols such as preparing field briefing documents, instructions to field, detailed briefing of field personnel, monitoring of fieldwork progress to administer project satisfaction
• Lead and master syndicated media studies, understand the rationale, methodology, process and being able to read and analyze the data
• Self-management is required to look out for opportunities for enhancing skills on analytical domain, which means working towards self-development
• Obtain the best cost for project execution and be able to handle the financial of the project and monitor the cost, which includes scoping and budgeting
Key Requirements:
• Fluency in Arabic is a must
• Good communication skills
• Experienced in Project Management
• 5 to 6 years of experience in quantitative research
