Quantitative Developer

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with Quant Researchers to productionize trading strategies and models
- Implement APIs, especially FIX APIs, for data ingestion, market feeds, and order routing
- Develop and optimize trading engines and execution interfaces
- Ensure low latency, robustness, and fault tolerance of core systems
- Implement logging, monitoring, and testing frameworks
- Develop back-testing frameworks in collaboration with Quant Researcher
- Builds and manages Data Platform

Skills & Qualifications

- Approx. 5-7 years of experience as a quant developer as a rough guide; we are flexible with years of experience
- Superb programming skills primarily in Python; experience in C++ is preferred as well
- Expertise in LumeFX or/ and Maxxtrader EMS solutions is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast moving environment; adept in developing and productionizing strategies at a fast pace
- Robust experience with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and messaging systems (for example, Kafka, Kinesis)
- Familiarity with ML model deployment
- Knowledge of Linux environments, version control (Git), CI/CD
