Quantitative Trader

Job description / Role

We are looking for an experienced Quantitative Trader with expertise in Project Market Making. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in cryptocurrency and trading, with the ability to develop, implement, and optimize high-frequency trading (HFT) and market-making strategies to enhance profitability. Key Responsibilities:
* Develop, test, and optimize quantitative trading strategies using statistical and machine learning models.
* Implement and refine high-frequency trading (HFT) and market-making strategies to maximize profitability.
* Analyze large datasets to identify patterns, inefficiencies, and arbitrage opportunities.
* Monitor and adjust trading algorithms in real-time to ensure optimal execution and risk management.
* Collaborate with developers to enhance algorithmic execution and infrastructure.
* Conduct rigorous backtesting and performance analysis to improve strategy efficiency.
* Manage trading risk, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and internal risk controls.
* Stay updated on market trends, financial instruments, and trading technologies.

Key Qualifications:
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Financial Engineering, or a related field.
• Project Market Making experience
• 6+ years in Cryptocurrency and trading
• Has to bring HFT strategies and will be senior decision member of the team.
