This is an opportunity to work for Mace International on a number of projects in Dubai.
Responsible for:
- Reporting to the Commercial Manager / Director
- Part of the Commercial team responsible for the delivery of the project.
- Heavily involved in pre-contract duties; measurements, BOQs, cost planning.
- Update weekly / monthly reports as required.
- Payments and the processing.
- Ensuring that post contract cost variances, change control, cost checking and valuation processes are managed effectively
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Previous use of CADMeasure or CostX advantageous.
We are seeking people that have worked for Blue Chip, Western Project Management or Cost Consultancy organisations or the International Main Contractors.
Key Requirements
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying.
- Pre and Post Contract Experience
- MRICS preferred
