Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

Client is a well respected UK Scaffolding company with a good presence in the UAE market. They tend to work on construction projects of Aed.100 million or more in value.

The job will included the following responsibilities:
• Prepare work sheet data by entering rates and descriptions onto excel for entry into payment applications.
• Preparation of excel worksheet payment applications.
• Attending client meetings to agree accounts face to face.
• Attending site visits with Contracts Managers
• Preparation of quotes for additional works on site.
• Attending internal progress meetings on accounts.

Requirements

We need someone who has good scaffolding experience, if you have worked or are working in the GCC then that will be advantageous.

The candidate must have good numeracy and communication skills. Quantity Surveying degree / qualification preferable. An ability to work to strict deadlines is essential.
