Client is a well-known regional Consultancy delivering some of the largest Commercial, Hospitality and Residential projects across the GCC and Worldwide.
As part of their long term growth strategy and due to recent project wins, they are looking for a Quantity Surveyor with a chance to progress within the company and develop the team. They are looking to offer a fantastic salary plus benefits.
The successful candidate MUST have previous experience within similar projects. Western National candidates would be preferred but not ideal.
Key Activities:
- Prepare tender documents for clients that includes the bill of quantities, specifications, contract conditions, final design etc for the client’s review
- Develop a thorough understanding of owner/client design requirements prior to the commencement of any design project; coordinate with the HoS and other architects & engineers for further clarifications on design requirements
- Attend meetings with the client that include both pre-tender and post-tender meetings
- Carrying out feasibility studies
- Performing risk analysis evaluations
- Preparing and submitting final accounts
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Must have a relevant degree
- Ideally Chartered
- Western Nationals preferred but not essential
- Personable individual
- Good cost experience
- Consultancy background
- Young, enthusiastic individual looking to enhance skills and progress further
