Job description / Role

Quantity Surveyor - Dubai

My client is well-established reputable contractor and they have an urgent requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to work on a hotel project in Dubai.

They are looking for someone who has the ability to prepare cost plans during design stage/ BOQs, quantity take-offs & prepare tender analysis.

Candidates must be based locally in the UAE for interviews.

Requirements

The successful candidates must have the following;

- Minimum 10 years’ experience as Quantity Surveyor with Main Contractor
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in United Arab Emirates (especially in Dubai)
- Experience working on building projects such as hotels, residential or high – rise towers.
- Excellent working knowledge of FIDIC on building projects.
- Degree in Quantity Survey or Civil Engineering
