Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

• Handle post-contract quantity surveying activities, including cost control, contract administration, and final accounts.
• Manage project budgets, forecast expenditures, and provide cost analysis.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure contract compliance and efficient cost management.
• Prepare variation orders, claims, and interim valuations.
• Maintain clear communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Ensure all quantity surveying activities align with company and project objectives.

• Civil Engineering degree.
• Minimum 8 years of post-contract experience in the UAE with major international contractors.
• Proven expertise in contracting companies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

AED 10,000 to 15,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
