Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Description:
- Prepare and manage cost estimates, budgets, and bills of quantities for projects.
- Oversee tender processes, contractor negotiations, and contract management.
- Monitor project costs, handle variations, and ensure adherence to budget.
- Conduct site visits, verify contractor claims, and provide detailed cost reports.

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of UAE experience in construction, preferably in handling villa or residential projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Must be proficient in using QS tools/software such as AutoCAD and Primavera.
- Must have valid UAE driving license.
