Job description / Role
We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) with a strong background in fit-out projects to manage cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects and be proficient in cost management and contract administration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for fit-out projects.
• Monitor project costs, track expenditures, and ensure adherence to budget.
• Manage procurement processes, including material sourcing and vendor negotiations.
• Review and evaluate contract documents, including scope of work, terms, and conditions.
• Conduct regular cost analysis and provide financial reports to the project team.
• Assist in preparing and submitting variations, claims, and cost reports.
Requirements:
• BSc/BTech in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience in fit-out projects.
• Strong knowledge of cost management, contract administration, and procurement processes.
• Familiarity with UAE construction industry standards and regulations.
• Experience in Fit-Out Works is essential.
Salary:
AED
8,000 to 10,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
