Position Title: Quantity Surveyor
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 12K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

Job Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

About the Client:
A leading UAE firm driving urban development through investments in real estate, hospitality, leisure & retail and transportation.

-Conduct detailed cost analyses, prepare budget estimates and collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors on project scope. Develop tender documents, evaluate contractor bids and negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors.
-Monitor project costs, manage budget alignment, handle variations and ensure compliance with contract terms. Administer claims, disputes and payment extensions efficiently.
-Prepare forecasts, cash flow analyses and performance reviews while advising on cost-saving measures and risk mitigation strategies.
-Prepare and finalize accounts with contractors, ensuring complete documentation of project costs and payments.

Qualifications:
-Open to Asian nationalities
-45 years old and below
-Minimum 3 years UAE experience
-Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
-Must have a strong knowledge of construction materials, methods and costs.
-Familiarity with contract law and construction regulations is a must

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
