Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to join our dynamic construction team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing project costs, ensuring value for money, and supporting contract administration throughout all phases of construction projects.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress and cost implications.
- Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with procurement procedures.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and contractors to monitor project expenditures.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies related to contracts and payments.
- Prepare reports on cost analysis, forecasts, and financial performance.
- Ensure timely submission of valuations for interim and final payments.
- Participate in risk analysis and recommended cost-saving strategies.

- Holds a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 10 Years’ Experience in GCC
- Experience in Estimation and post contract works,
- Experience in software AutoCAD and Plan swift etc.
- Fluent in English
