Quantity Surveyor

Job description / Role

Guildhall is looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join a leading warehouse construction project in Abu Dhabi.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil works, with the ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with project teams to ensure accurate cost management and project success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct payment measurements for owners or general contracting units.
• Manage price inquiries, cost assessments, and prepare accurate estimates and cost plans.
• Perform quantity take-offs and maintain cost accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with project teams to support budgeting and cost control activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in civil or infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience in cost estimation, quantity take-off, and payment certification.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and relevant QS software (e.g., AutoCAD, Excel, CostX, or similar).
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
