Roles and Responsibility

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for oil and gas projects, encompassing all aspects from inception to completion, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Conduct thorough risk assessments and cost forecasting, proactively identifying potential financial exposures and developing mitigation strategies for projects.
• Manage and evaluate contractor's payment applications, ensuring compliance with contract terms and verifying work completed aligns with agreed-upon rates.
• Perform value engineering exercises to optimize project costs, identifying opportunities for savings without compromising project quality or scope.

Desired Candidates Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, or a related field, providing a strong foundation in construction economics.
• Possess a professional qualification such as MRICS or equivalent, demonstrating commitment to industry standards and ethical practice.
• Hold relevant certifications such as AACE International certifications, further validating expertise in cost management and project controls.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in quantity surveying, specifically within the oil and gas industry, showcasing a deep understanding of project complexities.

Salary:
AED 8,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
