We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor and Estimator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in high-end luxury residential interior design and build projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and valuation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on prestigious projects that redefine luxury living.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed BOQ and cost estimates for high-end residential interior design and build projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to assist in project planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures, providing regular reports to stakeholders on financial performance.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budget constraints.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and services, negotiating contracts to achieve the best value.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, quality of work, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and financial reports.
- Assist in resolving any financial discrepancies or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE in quantity surveying and cost estimation, preferably in high-end residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary:
AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
