We are seeking a highly skilled Quantity Surveyor and Estimator to join our dynamic team in Dubai, specializing in high-end luxury residential interior design and build projects. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in quantity surveying, cost estimation, and valuation. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and excellence. Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed BOQ and cost estimates for high-end residential interior design and build projects, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analysis to assist in project planning and decision-making.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and contractors to develop budgets and financial forecasts.
- Monitor project costs and expenditures, providing regular reports to stakeholders on financial performance.
- Review and evaluate subcontractor bids and proposals, ensuring compliance with project specifications and budget constraints.
- Manage procurement processes for materials and services, negotiating contracts to achieve the best value.
- Conduct site visits to assess project progress, quality of work, and adherence to budgetary guidelines.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and financial reports.
- Assist in resolving any financial discrepancies or disputes that may arise during the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in UAE in quantity surveying and cost estimation, preferably in high-end residential projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary:
AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
