Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:
• Survey quantities of plans and compare them to quantity.

General Responsibilities:
• Survey quantities of plans and organize within specific forms.
• Separate tasks according to their differences and short the specifications and plans relevant to them.
• Contract and follow up with subcontractor on various tasks.
• Receive price offers from contactors.
• Any other task / request assigned by direct head.
• Prepares list of any missing items or conflicts faced by quantity server during calculation of quantities.

• Performing risk and value management and cost control.
• Occasional Responsibilities
• On-call to any emergency situation as the need arises.

Legal Responsibilities
• To ensure that standards required by Law and Management are maintained at all times in the areas specified above.

HSE Accountability
• Compliance to all HSE Requirements at workplace.
• Advice other personnel or co-employees if HSE issues at workplace are at risk, and will harm themselves.


We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor who has a vast experience in Building projects i.e. villas, residential complex etc. He must be currently located in UAE and have at least 4 years of GCC work experience.
