Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

Job description / Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quantity Surveyor specializing in civil construction projects to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in project cost management, ensuring accurate budgeting and resource allocation to drive successful project delivery within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for civil construction projects.
- Monitor project progress and costs to ensure adherence to budgets.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to resolve cost-related issues.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement cost control measures.
- Prepare tender documents, evaluate contractor bids, and assist in contract negotiations.
- Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and prepare regular financial reports.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards related to quantity surveying and construction costs.

Experience: 8–12 Years
Qualification: Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering

- ADNOC project experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of BOQs, estimation, cost control & variations
- Experience in measurement, billing & subcontractor payments
- Familiar with ADNOC contracts, FIDIC & site coordination
