Job description / Role
Representing an industry leading client who are currently hiring an experienced Quantity Surveyor (Fit-out) for their Dubai operations. You will actively work with the design and operations team for primarily commercial projects.
Requirements
• 5 years experience as a QS in the Middle East
• Must have experience/knowledge of pre AND post fit-out works
• Experience working with fit-out projects of varying size and scope
• Preparation of Tender Documents, BOQs, Estimates and Budgets
• Excellent spoken and written English
• Must be currently living and working in the UAE.
• Degree educated
