Job description / Role
ResFood company invites a R&D Technologist to join their team in the food industry. ResFood is the largest importer, exporter, and manufacturer of products for Japanese, Pan-Asian, and European cuisine, a market leader that operates on an international level.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement new products, taking into account market trends and customer needs.
• Research and analyze new ingredients and production technologies to improve product quality and increase production efficiency.
• Monitor technological processes and products at all stages of production, from selecting and purchasing raw materials to producing the final product.
• Evaluate and analyze risks in developing new products.
• Collaborate with other departments within the company, including marketing and sales, to successfully introduce new products to the market.
• Prepare technical documentation for new products.
• Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Requirements
Requirements
• A degree in Food Technology or Chemistry.
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• In-depth knowledge of food production technologies and experience with various ingredients.
• Ability to work in a team and a focus on results.
• Knowledge and understanding of technical documentation and quality standards.
• Fluent English
