Real Estate Acquisition Manager

Job description / Role

• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate prime real estate opportunities across Dubai, focusing on high-demand areas such as Dubai Marina, JVC, Downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and Palm Jumeirah.
• Build strategic partnerships with leading developers (e.g., Emaar, Nakheel, Damac) and maintain relationships with property brokers and agents in Dubai.
• Conduct in-depth market research to understand trends in property prices, rental yields, and upcoming developments.
• Lead the due diligence process, ensuring properties meet Slice’s investment criteria, including financial viability, legal compliance, and market positioning.
• Represent Slice at industry events, property expos, and networking platforms to strengthen the company’s presence in Dubai’s real estate market.

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in real estate acquisitions, preferably within the Dubai market.
• Strong understanding of Dubai’s real estate laws, RERA regulations, and property registration processes.
• Proven negotiation skills with a track record of closing high-value deals.
• Established network within Dubai’s real estate ecosystem, including developers, agents, and regulators.
• Fluent in English & Arabic.
